We took this beautiful girl for a second opinion today at Cincinnati Children's...and that is definitely what we got. The doctor had a completely different opinion on the surgery he recommends for her, all depending on the MRI though. He also brought up concerns that weren't mentioned before. We have a lot to discuss and figure out before we move forward but next up is tomorrow. She will be put to sleep for a MRI in Cincinnati. They were thoroughly confused why Kosairs didn't do one, since there is a high chance of necrosis due to the location of the break - which is a damage to the blood supply to her leg.
