Oh Allie!

This is so Allie! Haha! She is so smiley and sweet...and then can be so dramatic within minutes!

Sick Kiddos!

So the Elder household was HIT with sickness, lots of sickness! Long story short, Noah, Allie and I ended up with strep. Terry, Noah and Allie ended up with a stomach bug. Not a fun week - not at all! We decided on post-pone Allie's birthday party to next week, just to be safe. On the bright side, Allie had her first sucker at the doctor.

 

So pathetic...so sad!

 

At one point, we all felt decent - so I was like, let's get outside and try to rid of these yucky germs!!

 

The day that Noah was throwing up all day (see him in the background), Terry was throwing up too. So I tried to keep Allie away from them (since she had already went through all that!). We played lots of baby dolls! She loves her babies! So, so cute!

 

Basketball - Game 3

Noah was pumped and ready for his game! He had a big cheering section too! He did really well again! He always hustles down the floor to his X and puts his hands up before they tell him - and whether he is on defense or offense! lol! 

Randoms

We gave Allie a blanket for the first time...she looks so sweet all cuddled up with it!

 

Noah fell asleep at the dinner table! I LOVE IT!!!! He has only did it one other time and I was so excited! I was bummed his face didn't fall in the food again - darn it, hahaha! He about fell out of the chair, so Terry carried him to the couch.

 

Sometimes before lunch on Thursdays, these two little ones get a little fussy. I usually put in a Baby Einstein video and give them their sippy cups of milk. They sit and watch while I make lunch. Something about it is so, so cute!

 

Allie loves to show us her belly when we ask her! I LOVE IT!

Smash Cake Session!

We did Allie's smash cake session today! It was eating Noah alive, so after a few pictures we let him join in...after a few pictures of that...we all joined in! ha! What a FUN mess! I love how Allie is eyeing my fork in the first picture...and going for it in the second! ha! I will post the actual pictures later - she will be 1 so soon!

I love how an empty cup and spoon can entertain this girl anywhere, anytime!

 

 

Noah's Basketball

Noah had his 2nd game! He, and his team & coaches in general, did much better this time! Noah was so pumped during practice, he made easily 10 goals or more! He was doing awesome but as last time, he kind of tuckered out during the actual game. I actually think he gets a little bored. Seriously kid?! He is yawning in at least 4 of the below pictures!! Come on!

I guess we will see how next game goes! It cracks me up because he gets all excited during practice, excited for snack after the game and he talked all week about how excited he was about the game but seems bored during the actual thing! ha! Like I always say, "Oh to be three!"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Uncle Derek

We headed over to MawMaw & PawPaw's on both Saturday and Sunday evening...the kids got lots of Uncle Derek time! This first picture just makes me laugh - Noah out cold with a toy in each hand!

 

Derek & Noah did lots of karoake! I took video and didn't realize until now I didn't get any pictures. I did get pictures of THIS! Uncle Derek what do you think you are doing giving Allie wine? haha! It was empty, no worries....

 

 

 

But she was excited just the same!

 

 

On Sunday, we celebrated Alicia's birthday! Happy Birthday!

 

Noah's First Basketball Game!

Allie and I were ready to go - Noah, not so much! He was one tired boy from going to bed at midnight after the airport! BUT we arrived first at his game and were ready to go! Let me just say, it was SOOOO entertaining! Our team was a mess! Kids were everywhere, some crying, some eating snacks, some just sitting with their mommies! ha! Noah did really good at first! He was so excited - he made 2 goals during warm-up and he was the first one to dribble down and shoot! About half way through though, he was either just plain bored and really tired...so he pouted down the floor and kept running off. No worries though, he was all pumped back up once it was snack time! Oh to be 3! Looking forward to the next game!!! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sitting on the bench like a good boy but not happy about it because none of the other kids were doing what they were told (when told to sit on the bench and wait a turn, instead of with their parents!) haha! He was pouting big time!

Uncle Derek is Home!

Uncle Derek is home from Afghanistan! We are so happy to have him home! We woke the kids up and headed to the airport (babies in the PJs!) to greet him!
