Offer Accepted - House SOLD!

So we put our house up for sale by owner. Did figure much would happen. We figured we would hunt for some potential land, maybe start some building plans and/or look for houses. Well after just a couple of weeks on the market, we set up our first showing! She came and was here for about 15 minutes! I called Terry and said "well, it's over. I am guessing that isn't good!" Three hours later, we got a CASH offer on the house. Holy CRAP! The next few days was filled with mixed emotions - we countered, she countered, and then we accepted! WOW! We are set to close on June 24th and out of the house by July 15th. Again, holy CRAP!
