Allie at 10 Months

At 10 months, Allie:

• You say Mama, Dada, Daddy, Buba, All da (All Done), Nah Nah (No, No), Hi & Uh Oh
• You wave hi and bye-bye
• You will hold your arms up when we say "How big is Allie!?"
• You love to dance - it's so cute! You love to dance with your leapfrog tables.
• You understand simple requests like sit down, no no, give kisses, give me the ___
• You have started sharing a lot - giving mommy bites of foods, like puffs!
• You wear 9 or 12 months clothes, size 3 shoes, and size 3 diapers
• You have 6 teeth.
• You take 2 naps a day (10-11 and 1-4). Bed at 8:30 and up about 8am.
• You nurse 4 times a day still. You have been biting like crazy and mommy doesn't know what to do! When I tell you no, you smile and laugh at me. You will actually look straight at me, pretend to bite while showing me your teeth and laugh! It's not funny!!!
• You can take a few steps but really do not seem to have any desire to walk! You are very content crawling.
• You will eat pretty much anything. You definitely prefer veggies over fruit. Your favorites foods right now are probably peas, green beans, yogurt, mum mums, puffs, chicken noodle soup and bananas. You hate cheese and broccoli. 
• You have discovered your bows, pony tails, and hats! Sad day for mommy! I keep telling you "no, no pretty!" in attempts for you to keep them in.
• You are starting to really like baby dolls. You smile at them and give them kisses and hugs.
• You love giving mommy kisses and will give daddy some too...but are pretty stingy giving them to others.
• You love bathtime! There are a thousand toys in the tub but you always find your little mermaid and this pink stingray.
• You are super scared of the vacuum, which is funny because Noah loved it at your age and was always chasing it. You just chase me and beg me to pick you up!
• You are soooo funny and so sweet! Your big, huge smile is amazing! You get compliments on your hair, eyes and big smile all the time. Everyone still says you look like a doll baby.
