Boating - last week

I forgot to blog these from last week - we went boating and had a great time! Wish Terry could have been with us though! Noah loves the boat and loves the water! I especially love this first picture!

Blue Water

I got Noah some color tablets for his bath. He thought it was too cool! He choose blue tonight! He yelled "Blue water COOL!" over and over! :)

NEW BED!

Noah has been having some trouble sleeping lately and has been climbing out the crib like crazy so we surprised him and took off his front of his crib. He was pumped - he kept yelling "NEW BED! NEW BED!"

Break

After all the hardwork painting, Noah needed a break so he took a dip in the pool. Well, sort of!

Little Helper

Noah wants to help with everything - cooking, laundry, fixing things, cleaning up toys, whatever...and latest thing - painting! He was lovin it! And I was too - that shed is ugly!

"Make a Toolbox!"

Since we bought the Terry's Father's Day gift, Noah has been asking every day "make a toolbox?!" So make a toolbox they did! He was PUMPED! I can't explain the excitement and concentration between these boys! Noah just loves tools, so he was thrilled to be helping. When it was done, oh boy, let me tell you, he couldn't contain himself. He immediately took off down the driveway, then up and down the sidewalk. I don't know why or where he thought he was going but he was just carry it like he was SO proud.

I plan on using it as a centerpiece at his tool/construction birthday party that is coming up really soon! Can't believe my lil toolman will be 2!

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful father's out there - like my dad, my father-in-law, and of course, the father of my child! What wonderful daddies we have around here! I am always thankful for them, even more so on Father's Day and even more so, this Father's Day...I got a text in the middle of the night from a good friend of mine, saying that he dad had just passed away unexpectly. My heart hurts so bad for her and her family. It really makes you think too. Just another reminder that life can be so short - be thankful for everyone in your life and enjoy the time you have. A special thank you to my Dad, to Terry, and to Gary.

Noah was super excited for daddy to wake up and show him all his gifts!

"You're toolreffic!" Noah was SO excited to be coloring one of his all time favorite things, tools!

He got a toolbox kit to make together from Noah and some new shirts from me! After a nice morning together, we were off to MawMaw & PawPaw's house!I love you Dad!

Noah got to work on PawPaw's motorcycle - wow, 2 of his all time favorite things combined! Then off to Paul & Linda's. Got a just a couple of pictures before my camera died! BUT here are the boys!

The night ended nicely with a daddy reading Noah his favorite book right now, The Gingerbread Cowboy!

Park Play

We went to the park tonight for a little baseball and frisbee action! What fun! :)

Bath Time?

Bath time? Umm, sort of. Noah loves helping us wash the vehicles. Today he was giving himself a bath - he kept yelling "Wash Me!" Once we got him washing the truck instead of himself, he kept yelling "scrubbing mommy's truck!" Seriously, you can't get any cuter...
