Jacob Daniel McAfee is here!

Jacob Daniel McAfee (aka Jake) is here! He weighed 7 lb 14oz and was 21 1/4 in long! Born at 11:40pm on October 2nd! Mommy & baby are doing great! He is so darn cute!
