We celebrated Uncle Alex's birthday today!!! Happy Birthday!!!!

Potty Trained Continued!

I am happy to say that Noah went to Pa's house on Thursday and Friday and had no accidents and he had no accidents and went to the potty great at MawMaw & PawPaw's house last night! So I would say you are officially trained! So proud of you big boy! :)

Potty Training? TRAINED!

So we decided...well Noah decided...to start potty training! I really wanted to wait but Noah was constantly asking to pee and poop on the potty, so I figured why not! And let me just say, he has done it like a champ! He has had minimal accidents and even those times, he said he needed to go but just didn't make it. He wears big boy undies all day, goes to the store in big boy undies, and he is even napping in big boy undies now! He wakes up dry every morning too, so I guess we might move to big boy undies at night time too! He has done unbelievably well! The only issue he has is with other people - he has went to both Alicia's and Mimi & Pa's house this week and will not go to the potty for them. I guess it's just different. Overall, I am super proud of my little man! No diapers makes him seem so grown up to me - tear!!!

Who needs clothes? You can drive, shovel mulch and much more just in your undies! It's too hot to wear clothes anyways!

All About Kids

We set off for a playdate this morning with my friends Mickey & Meghan and their kiddos, Landon, Paisley & Beckett! We decided to go to All About Kids in Louisville. It was a really fun place! We headed to McDonalds afterwards for lunch and called it a day! I was MORE than ready for a nap! haha!

It's a Nephew on the way...

Melanie & Alex found out for sure that it's a BOY! I have another nephew on the way...and Noah has another boy cousin to rough around with! I can't wait to meet the little guy! Figuring it was a boy, we brought them a onesie that says "I don't understand girl's yet. Neither does Daddy." hehe!

Candyland

Daddy & Noah played Candyland today. Noah actually caught on pretty well! It was cute to watch!

Mommy's Buddies...Noah's Buddies...

One of my friend's from college came in town, so we went out last night with them. We always have so much fun together. Miss her everytime she leaves! Then today, her and Andrea came over to get some Noah time in! He loves them! After they left, he kept saying "kitchen (which he calls Christine because he knows it's funny) back. Andrea back?"

Little Helper

Noah helps me with almost every single meal! He has to be up on the counter to "help Mommy, help Mommy!" I love it!

Zoo Again!

We headed to the zoo again but this time with Mimi, Brenda and Katie! Besides the fact that it was ridiculously hot, we had a great time! Glad they went with us! Noah had a blast as always!

Zoo with Mommy, Melanie & Alex

We headed to the zoo for day 2 with Melanie & Alex. We had another great day! Glad they went with us! I am surprised me or Melanie got any pictures with Noah because he was definitely Alex's buddy today! :) He will be such a good daddy come December!

The hippos were so cool today! We have never even hardly seen them move or even seen their faces before, but this one was swimming up to us over and over again!

Zoo with Mommy

Noah & I headed to the zoo today, just the 2 of us! He kept yelling "Mommy, Noah Day!" Yes, I might have taught him! haha! We had a great day! Noah was in such a good mood and the animals were out in full force, despite the heat! :) While we were there, we got a text from Melanie asking if her & Alex could go to the zoo with us tomorrow! Yay! Noah is pumped to go to the zoo again tomorrow!

He got to not only pet the goat, but brush the goat! He was super excited!

4th of July

Happy 4th of July! We enjoyed a wonderful day at home today but had some heavy hearts too. I thought of my brother all day, wishing he was home to celebrate his favorite holiday...but are so very thankful he and others are willing to serve our country. We are so very thankful for all of the men and women serving, especially Derek!

We enjoyed being outside almost all day, playing in the pool, laying on the hammock, eating lots of yummy foods, grilling out, eating smores and watching fireworks!
