Memorial Day

We spent another day home relaxing and doing stuff around the house, then headed to Andrea & Mike's for some grilling out! We even made smores over a fire - which sounded like a great idea before, but with the temp at almost 100 degrees, it wasn't so much! But we did it anyways, since they are so yummy!

Days like this sure make me miss my brother! I am so proud of him and everyone who is serving our country. What an honor and sacrifice it is. Can't wait until he is back home safe and with his family. Happy Memorial Day!

Memorial Day Weekend: Sunday

A relaxing day at home and not driving anywhere (after being stuck in the car so much yesterday) is what Terry wanted to have! So we did! We played and played outside!

Memorial Day Weekend: Saturday

I have had weddings every Saturday lately, so we decided to do something fun today! So to Newport Aquarium we went! Terry & I went together some 5 years ago, so we were very excited to take Noah! We knew he would love it! We took off early to get there at opening but after 3.5 hrs of traffic (yuck!), we made it there much later than anticipated. It wasn't the morning we had hoped but we got there and had a great time! Noah loved the fishies, the sharks, the peguins, everything! He has told everyone about it since he "touch starfish, touch shark, see fishies, hug peguins!" So fun!

We got home and had a little relaxing time outside before bed!

Greenway Park

I had a shoot at Greenway Park today. Terry had to meet us there right after work to take Noah for me, but they decided to stay and play! Noah really liked their BIG swings! We went to grab dinner after that, Noah thought he was hot stuff not sitting in a highchair. He always look so big to me, even sitting next to Daddy!

Baby Emma

With the arrival of baby Emma, we took dinner out to the Harrell's. Noah loves babies and playing with Addie! So it was a good time! We are so happy for them and their family of 4! I was mad that I didn't get a picture of Emma though! Darn!

Cousins

I love that Noah & the boys have been getting some play time in together lately! Noah loves it!

Boys, Bubbles & Bike

Andrea, Mike, Mom & Dad came over tonight. Noah was of course excited to see everyone, especially PawPaw's motorcycle! ha! MawMaw brought him a light-up bubble gun, which was a big hit too!

My Tool Man

I am sure I have said this many times, but Noah just loves tools. He loves to fix everything! It so cute and I just love it! :) I find his tools is very odd places all the time!

Sam

I babysat the McAfee kiddos today. While Noah, Nora, & Jake napped, I got a picture of me & Sam. He told me he missed me - he's my buddy! :)

Lunch with Daddy

Terry works just 5 minutes down the road now - so Noah & I love to drive down and have lunch with Daddy sometimes! Noah thinks it's pretty cool to get out of carseat and eat lunch in the car too!

Wet Head Nora

I got to babysit Nora & Jake today for a couple of hours. I was so excited to get some Nora time to myself! Hehe! BUT let's be honest, those boys love her SO much that I really didn't get her to myself! Haha! I told Alicia that I felt more like her bodyguard than her babysitter because the boys were all over her - kissing her every second! Her hair was wet for goodness sakes! haha! It was a fun morning!
