Baby Shower!
My wonderful sister-in-laws, Melanie & Melissa, threw me a baby shower today! It turned out great! I again cannot stress how thankful I am for such wonderful family and friends! We had a great turnout and got a lot of wonderful things for Noah. Below is a picture of the cakes that Terry's cousin, Amber made! She did an awesome job!!! They were so cute! The one cake even matched the onesie that she got for Noah!
35 Weeks!
35 weeks along....
More info on baby: "Your baby doesn't have much room to maneuver now that he's over 18 inches long and tips the scales at 5 1/2 pounds. Because it's so snug in your womb, he isn't likely to be doing somersaults anymore, but the number of times he kicks should remain about the same. His kidneys are fully developed now, and his liver can process some waste products. Most of his basic physical development is now complete — he'll spend the next few weeks putting on weight!"

Happy Father's Day!
Happy Father's Day to all you wonderful Dad's out there! Yesterday, Terry & I spent the morning together celebrating Terry's "first" Father's Day! Noah & I went out and got his favorite breakfast and then we went home to wake him up! We ate breakfast and then opened gifts. Terry got the UK shirt that he is wearing in the pictures and a couple other things that were really for Noah but had Daddy in mind...a "I love Daddy" bib and onsie! Later that afternoon, we went to Terry's Aunt & Uncles house to celebrate with his Dad and family. We always have a wonderful time over there! Happy Father's Day Gary & PawPaw! We love you both!
As I blogged a few weeks ago, we celebrated with my Dad a few weeks early since we would not be able to celebrate together today...but we thought about him today! We missed you Dad and wish you a Happy Father's Day!!!! We love you so much!

Week 34
34 weeks along and getting closer every day!
More info: "Baby now weighs about 4 3/4 pounds and is almost 18 inches long. His fat layers — which he'll need to regulate his body temperature once he's born — are filling him out, making him rounder. His skin is also smoother than ever. His central nervous system is maturing and his lungs are continuing to mature as well. If you've been nervous about preterm labor, you'll be happy to know that babies born between 34 and 37 weeks who have no other health problems generally do fine. They may need a short stay in the neonatal nursery and may have a few short-term health issues, but in the long run, they usually do as well as full-term babies."

Week 33-36: Honeydew
33 weeks along and now a honeydew! We are getting more and more excited each passing day!
More info on our little Noah: "Baby’s senses are continuing to improve -- when light peeks in through your (extremely) stretched belly, those tiny eyelids and irises blink and dilate. And, baby can now recognize and react to simple songs… time to start practicing your lullabies! Growth (at least inside your womb) is starting to slow, and you may notice baby descend into your pelvis at the end of this month. "

Week 32
32 weeks or more along!
More info on baby: "By now, your baby weighs almost 4 pounds and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. You're gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact, he'll gain a third to half of her birth weight during the next 7 weeks as he fattens up for survival outside the womb."
