Jake's Birthday!

This post is obviously a little behind, but oh well! Jake had his first birthday party on Oct 3rd and it was baseball themed, complete with cotton candy, hot dogs, peanuts, and much more! We had lots of fun! Happy Birthday Jake! We love you!
